Cape of Senses

In Torri del Benaco, a small port town on Lake Garda, has recently been inaugurated Cape of Senses, a 5-star hotel that promises, as the name suggests, to satisfy all five senses through breathtaking views of the lake, experiences of immersion in the surrounding nature and sustainable cuisine attentive to local traditions. The hotel is nestled in the hill has 55 suites distributed over 15,000 square meters of surface, has a large spa, three swimming pools and two restaurants. About 200 meters high, with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda, the architects Hugo and Alessia Demetz have pursued the goal desired by the client of a complete integration with the surrounding hilly terrain

On the other hand, the choice of furniture is based on the intention to give the interior a strong identity: characterized by natural materials and local craftsmanship, all modulated in different shades of beige and gray, indoor and outdoor furniture communicate perfectly, giving a refined atmosphere in which you can enjoy a style marked by innovation.

To ensure comfort and elegance to the large terrace of the restaurant, the furnishings of two Talenti Outdoor Living collections have been chosen: Minorca and Moon Teak, both characterized by natural teak structures, wood particularly suitable for outdoor use for its intrinsic properties and enhanced by the craftsmanship, able to give greater resistance to temperature changes and humidity, ensuring stability and durability. Another detail that distinguishes the environment is the use of ropes for the soft seats, which with the sinuous curves of the backrests embrace those who sit in a 5-star cuddle.

The spa is spread over two floors for a total area of 2,000 square meters that open onto a garden of 10,000 square meters with olive trees. A true oasis of peace for which the Argo Collection relax beds have been chosen: extra comfort elements with generous cushions, specially designed, like all Talenti furnishings, to withstand in environments where wear agents such as humidity, salts and high temperatures, stress the structure. The durability of the product is guaranteed by the padding in Quick Dry Foam, polyurethane foam with a reticular structure with very open cells, which guarantee the outflow of water, allowing the antibacterial fabric coating to dry quickly.

The same features for the modular Argo Wood, with seats in warm shades of orange, contained in a solid structure of Accoya ³ , specially chosen for the lounge area of the indoor pool.

In harmony with the restaurant and spa, the pool, which overlooks the breathtaking view offered by Lake Garda, is furnished following eco-friendly choices and great elegance. The array of Moon Teak sun loungers, made even more comfortable by soft cushions specially shaped and anchored to the structure, strictly in natural wood, offers a space in which to enjoy relaxing sun baths and unique moments in the shade of the minimalist umbrellas of the Apollo line.

The choice of the two renowned architects fell on two iconic elements of the Talenti collections to furnish the marine wood deck of the infinity pool, whose structure is spong, and the large green space that is thrown into the clear waters of the lake. On the one hand the innovative Reef beds, designed by Marco Acerbis with sinuous lines, usable in water and outside, thanks to the inner air chamber. On the other, the elegant daybed Casilda, created by the Spanish Ramon Esteve, comfortable alcoves on which to relax among the plays of light created by the texture of the structure.
