Six Senses Crans Monatana

Designed by JP Emery Architects with AW2, the Six Senses Crans Montana was conceived by studying the perception of the surrounding Swiss mountains and reflecting the natural environment to design a project that integrated into the landscape.

If the harmony of the interiors is characterized by a combination of style and environment, the exteriors look directly at nature, at the context in which the structure is inserted, imagining furnishings with a strong character and sophisticated aesthetics. Enveloping daybeds, relaxing sunbeds, from the restaurant to the Spa, with Moon, Talenti invites you to embark on a sensorial journey where the furniture becomes the kaleidoscope for outdoor experiences.

The Six Senses Crans-Montana spa is an important part of the project, with over 2000 square meters of space that match perfectly with the soft and enveloping style of Moon Teak which in this context offers relaxing daybeds and sunbeds. This enclave, almost dug into the rock, finds with Moon not only a harmony of shapes but also of materials, enhancing the aesthetic qualities of the wood. On the one hand, in a reserved area, the daybed in which we find all the elements that characterize the line. The wooden structure with elegant and refined lines, the curves almost reminiscent of that half moon from which it draws inspiration in its name, contrasts with the high and soft cushions that make the seat particularly comfortable.Solidity and elegance also guaranteed by the use of synthetic ropes for the backrest covered with cushions covered with fine fabrics resistant to bad weather and the humidity typical of the water area. Area which, thanks also to the suggestive ceiling carved in wood, goes perfectly with the sunbeds from the collection of the same name which become a sort of sophisticated crown for the swimming pool. The Talenti sunbed combines style and practicality. It can be reclined, thanks to a stainless steel rack, it has wheels, to be easily moved from one area to another and the simplicity of the lines highlights the natural teak of the structure which stands out like a frame between the textilene of the seat.

As part of the goal of connecting architecture to nature, the boundaries between internal and external space become increasingly blurred. A concept that with Talenti, who was the first to propose it for 20 years, finds a tireless accomplice. Located between the two structures of the chalet, the terrace is organized around the main open air swimming pool with different areas in which to laze and in which the Moon collection continues to amaze this time by expertly alternating teak and aluminium. Coffee tables and comfortable and spacious seats make these terraces with a view of paradise even more enchanting.
